Our program is an ambitious one:
Making a long story short, our goal is getting to know the region through its natural history and wildlife.
With the focus set on the birds, it´s movements and rhythms, we will visit some of the most iconic places of this part of the world, and hear about its’ culture, traditions and people. Your guide will be a biologist and experienced birdwatcher with family roots in the region.
Our home is the West Coast, and our target and pick-up areas will be mainly Aljezur, Vila do Bispo and Sagres. The tours are quite flexible, designed to reduce time spent travelling between hotspots, and tailored to the seasons and to the client´s profile.
Getting to know the wildlife can be a family activity and not one just for specialists. It is not all about the number of species seen in the end of the day, but about creating moments of contact with birds and nature. Moments to remember and cherish.
Tours entirely focused on pure birding are recommended especially during the Autumn migration period.
